The four- course dinner will feature a menu specifically prepared for the evening by head chef Ben Russell, along with a carefully matched selection of Torbreck vintage wines based around the classic Barossa Valley varieties of Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro. Hosted by Torbreck’s new head winemaker, Ian Hongell, the event will undoubtedly be a highlight for any Torbreck fan.
Guests can expect to be treated to the modern, yet classically refined cooking style that continues to keep Aria at the forefront of quality dining in Brisbane, with dishes like venison, witlof, celeriac and pepper.
