Nickel Kitchen & Bar will present in conjunction with Paradox Wine a beautiful truffle degustation menu put together by head chef Gordon MacGregor and paired exquisitely with champagne/wines from Paradox Wines.
The evening will include a five course menu with a culinary learning experience as MacGregor describes the dishes and Sommelier Antoine Heurtier will explain together with Jean Jacques from Paradox Wines how each champagne/wine is paired with the assigned dish.
