The Outback Queensland is putting on its most spectacular show yet, with the entire town of Winton transforming into a major festival site this April!
The Winton’s Way Out West Fest (WOWF) is a 4 day music festival that will be celebrating the re-opening of the Waltzing Matilda Centre from Thursday April 19 - Sunday April 22.
With an already amazing music festival line-up including Jessica Mauboy, John Williamson, The Living End, Kip Moore (US), Lee Brice (US), Sheppard and many more already announced, the second release has added 30 new artists across all musical genres! From rock, dance and bush balladeers, poets and storytellers, WOWF is creating an iconic festival that is more than just the music.
Also coming on board the extravaganza wagon is historic outback venues like The Winton Club, North Gregory Hotel, Tattersalls and even the Australian Age of Dinosaurs. There will be an outback race meeting including five exciting local races, ten bookmakers and fashions on the field with $10,000 in prizes.
