Matt Moran Cookbook Launch


On Wednesday October 25, Matt Moran provided guests with an exclusive first look and delicious taste of his new cookbook Matt Moran’s Australian Food: Coast + Country at the national launch at Aria Restaurant, Brisbane. Guests were treated to champagne on arrival before indulging in recipes from Moran’s latest book, including the salmon gravlax and braised beef short-ribs. The Australian chef, and pioneer of the paddock to plate philosophy, mingled amongst tables and shared his stories and inspiration behind what he proclaims to be his best cookbook yet.
