Stepping through the gates of West Village, patrons were treated to a sweet escape from the working week at the Brisbane Ice Cream Festival.
Brisbane families ventured through a maze of artisanal gelato, ice cream sandwiches wedged between freshly-baked cookies, and old school ice cream vans, drawing smiles with their signature jingle. From cannoli filled with pistachio gelato by the artisanal crafters at La Macelleria, to vibrant, Stranger Things-themed creations from Ruby the Little Red Ice Cream Van, your average vanilla, strawberry and choc are took a step back for a whole new ice cream experience.
